The Role
loved it!
they accepted me as part of the team immediately
I felt I could ask anyone any questions that I had and I knew i would always get a helpful answer
sometimes I find myself a little bored and sometimes I absolutely manic busy, but mostly there is just a steady stream of things to do
Plenty of responsibility, but obiously there are always people above you who have final say/sign off
I have learnt so many things and had so many experience that I can use in the future! worked in so many different areas, and my excel skills have improved no end!
The Company
Professional atmosphere but can still have a laugh and a joke
it was all very seamless.
we got lots of training in handover, but it fizzled out once that was over.
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Its clealy a good grad scheme as lots of old grads are still in the company, but the geographical location puts me off a lot
The Culture
We had so many brilliant nights out becuase there are so many of us so there is always a good crowd out!
Rent is very cheap and you can definately do a night out on a budget.
Luton itself doesn't have the best nightlife but the surrounding area e.g. Watford, St Albans, Milton Keynes is pretty good and easy to get to
More football based than anything
