The Role
Great experience
My team were very supportive and trusted me with responsibilities of a 'real job'
My supervisor was very supportive and encouraged me to peruse all round development. alongside this I had second manager aligned to my professional development
I was busy on a daily basis and was pushed to take on as much as I could handle which I enjoyed
By the end of the year I was running my own events with the support of the team
I will use the skill developed, both marketing related and general business skills
The Company
Professional office atmosphere
I was aligned to a day to day task manager and placement manager
I was paid and given the opportunity to take part in training
Subsidised Canteen
Working from home
Got a job for when I am finished my degree
The Culture
There were a number of placement students working in the same office who socialised in and out of work
More expensive then what I was used to but manageable
Nightlife was limited
Some opportunity to join gyms & clubs in the local area
