  • At the beginning of my placement I enjoyed socialising with the HR placement student, but she then left and will not be replaced. This is a downfall in my opinion as many charity events have to be carried out and I have struggled doing this alone, I am grateful I have got on with members of my team as this may have had a negative effect if not.
