The Role
Valuable experiance
Was like a Baxter Family in the office, everyone very friendly
Good manager who was there to answer all of my questions
Lots to do, did involve managing time and prioritising workload. But of course that is expected with a full time job.
I was running a website, involved in a brand new pilot scheme and organised a few events
Given a true account of marketing in industry
The Company
Very friendly
The handover from taking on the job from a previous student could have been better. However had regular one to ones with manager
Integrated as if a permanenet member, doing all the training essentials and being replied upon over the year
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
A scheme for the after graduation - one student will be taken on for another 18month contract in three different business areas
The Culture
We all got on well but as the company is situated in the middle of nowhere, seeing each other outside of work was a challenge.
Company is based in a very small village. One pub, one shop, one hairdressing salon.
Was non existant. Newbury was the only place to 'go out' but difficulty with distance from home.
Did do some volunterring with the company
