The Role
Sometimes I struggled with the 9-5 routine but I did enjoy my job
Never felt like my work wasn't appreciated but believed I could handle more responsibility
Always received great support
Always had things to do but had to stay late every now and again
Towards the end I received more responsibility but for the first 6 months I didn't feel like I was showing my full potential
I fully believe this year will help me obtain a graduate role in a large company after my studies
The Company
Great people to work with and not too serious!
Well organised undergraduate scheme
We received a lot training but it was fairly basic but not always tailored to our level. I think this area could be improved by acknowledging what people already know and what they want to be trained on.
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Limited spots have been available over the past 2 years
The Culture
Lots of undergraduates all based in Luton
Cheapest place I've ever lived in I think!
About one 'club' on offer and it was poor
Football, pub quiz etc.
