The Role
A varied work load kept my attention.
Felt appreicated for the work I carried out. The customer in which I reported also left positive feedback.
Was able to speak freely with the management system present.
Work load was dependent on what deadlines were up coming. There was always something to be getting on with though.
Was required to lead an engine test during my placement where I was the only member of my department present.
Was able to go on training courses that benefited my personnel level of knowledge.
The Company
The office was a little bland, due to being located sperately from the rest of engineering.
Some parts of the placement were very good but some ie the IMechE scheme were disapointing.
They gave me trust and the ability to set my own standards.
Flexi Time
Above 25 days holiday
Due to small department no headcount was availible to offer a job.
The Culture
HR done a poor job of initating a placement get together.
Cost was about average and cheaper than my uni.
Poor due to being a market town.
A few clubs were present but none that directly excited me.
