The Role
It was enjoyable at times but it was also a job so there were monotonous times.
Everyone from the craftsmen on the shop floor to the senior managementwere friendly and helpful.
I was given guidance an assitance as and I required it.
There were the fallow periods and the odd very busy period but on whole there was a good balance.
I was given certain small projects and areas that wre my responsibility and felt very much involved if not responsible in other more serious aspects.
Very little of academic benefit but this is what I was expecting. The benefits were in industrial experience and soft skills.
The Company
An enjoyable relaxed atmosphere.
At first it seemed as if they had not expected me but after a while as Iearned more it seemed better organised.
Above 25 days holiday
Maybe within the organisation at some level but not in the role I was doing or similar areas.
The Culture
There were only two of us at our location (and we didn't like each other).
Living costs were reasonable but I don't socialise.
n/a
There seemed to be had I wished to get involved.
