I am considered to be part of the team. I am consulted in decisions that afects the department.
I could ask my manager for anything especially new software ! I was able to attend all the training I thought needed for my job.
I was very busy at times and not soo busy at times but I appreicated it when I wasnt soo busy because it allowed me to be reflective and work on my logbook.
I was made project leader for a pilot project.
I was given training on Project Management, Problem Solving, Effective Communication, Team Work, Lean tools, and Exposure to other areas of the Business. Not will I apply the lessons learned to my degree but then also in my career.
