The Role
The structure of the scheme meant that there were many different people available to support and guide in different ways.
I feel the level of responsibily was suitable for my experience and enough to enhance my development
The Company
Varied from office to office. But always friendly.
The structure used for the placement year follows that of the Graduate Scheme and is structured with multiple placements within the year, placement objectives set at the start of each placement and a review at the end. Also a 6 month progress review.
There are a wide range of courses available to take part in and the business is keen to support your development.

Have been conditionally offered a place on the Graduate Scheme on completion of my degree.
The Culture
There are a high number of Graduates/Industrial Placements/Summer Placements/Apprentices to socialise with and many activities are organised.
