The Role
Really felt like one of the team and the whole department welcomed me with open arms
Been on many outings outside of work and even went on a road trip to Wales in a minibus with some of the dept. enjoyed every day
Help was always at hand if I asked for it
Some days were hetic others were quiet but I was never bored, if anything a little too busy at times though
This was up to me if I wanted to do more I would have asked
Lots of new skills aquired
The Company
Perfect working balance, lots of time for laughter and play but also plenty of quiet time to get office work done
A few minor hiccups with project work but all was sorted in the end

The Culture
Had to go out of town for anyhing good but was worth it
Expensive and travel is a must as Ware is a tiny town
You had to go out of town about 4miles to the nearest club and it wasnt massive but beat a 20 mile trip to the nearest city
Lots of trips to bowling, cinema etc with students and staff
