The Role
I've had a fantastic year at Disney and would definetly recommend taking up an internship with the company.
There is a great culture at Disney and everyone is really friendly. It's very much the trademark Disney atmosphere.
I felt I was given the support and guidance whenever I needed, couldn't really ask for more.
There was peaks and troughs of how busy the work got. Year and Quarter ends can be very busy but usually its a good balance.
I felt I was given a good amount of responsibility, there was some items of work which I managed myself.
Disney offers a good platform to develop your skills, there are training courses on offer. You also learn a lot on the job.
The Company
Disney is a great working enviroment and the atmosphere is excellent.
I found the internship very well organised and never had any issues with organisation.
There were training courses on offer, but this is something I myself should have looked into more.
Subsidised Canteen
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Healthcare/Dental
Disney doesn't have a graduate scheme but it is possible to to re-apply for regular jobs once you've graduated.
The Culture
There was a large group of interns at Disney, with a social commitee so its a great place to do an internship.
It's pretty expensive as the offices are located in London.
Can't ask for more on Nighlife, it's London after all.
Disney run a lot of volunteers schemes and there is always something to get involved in.
