The Role
It was alot of fun, met some great people and learnt alot.
I felt very valued and was treated like a grad
As long as you were organised and found some time when they were free then pretty much anyone was happy to talk to you and guide you.
Being an intern there were things that i couldn't do/didn't have security clearance to do.
I was given responsibilty. Never something that if I got wrong the comapny would go down but still had a decent level of independent, meaningful work.
Learn't a huge range of skills. From excel to networking to time management I learnt skills that will help me in late life.
The Company
It was a hard working but relaxed atmosphere.
Pretty well. Had a good induction and had work quickly. Although took time to get me the right access to things.
I'm only an intern so did not have any formal trianing but am currently looking into coming back for the placement year where they will invest in me!
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Currently in the process but things are looking good! Seems once you get your foot in the door it will be easier for you.
The Culture
Yes great people and lots of nights out.
It's london, summer and canary wharf so not cheap at all. But you are paid pretty well.
It's london.
There were a number of CSR events I took part in one helping teenagers learn about city life and assessment centres.
