The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed the placement and was kept engaged constantly.
The trainees were very friendly and asked us out to dinner if we were working late
My supervisors were very friendly and always willing to help and give background on the deal I was working on.
I stayed till 10:30pm one night but I loved it
I was given a lot of responsibility and a lot of client contact
I can't believe how much I learned in the 2 weeks. I learnt to write board minutes and my commercial awareness definitely increased!
The Company
A friendly but professional working environment
It all ran smoothly
I was only there for 2 weeks as an intern so do not really have much to say on this!
Company Parties/Events
I hope to get a job here!
The Culture
We got along and organised drinks after work of our own initiative
It's London, so will be expensive.
There is rarely great nightlife in the center of the City of London.
If the placement had been longer the opportunities would have been greater however the Olympics shortened the process.
