The Role
The firm organises a variety of activities to make the placement enjoyable and useful.
Everyone at the firm is extremely friendly.
Given good support in general, at times if your supervisor is in a rush you may have to 'fill in the holes' when trying to understand what is required for a piece of work.
Busy, but not too busy.
Some pieces of work are needed immediately, therefore you can feel quite a bit of pressure at times.
I think the 'person skills' you learn on the scheme are invaluable.
The Company
the atmosphere at the firm is really down to earth and a great environment to work in!
In general the placement was well organised.
I think the company invests a lot because a number of activities and events are arrganged throughout the period, there are also a number of formal tests showing how important it is in the company's eyes to see if you are fit for a training contract.
The Culture
Everyone is friendly and sociable.
Central London is expensive
Some really good bars to go after work.
There's opportunities for social and CSR activities if you look for them.
