The Role
Coming to work has almost always been a joy. Loved it.
I was made to feel like an equal and really felt like I was a valued member of my team.
If I was ever unsure or stuck with anything someone would always help me out.
There was generally a very good flow of steady work but there would be occasional weeks/days where it'd be completely overwhelming or agonizingly quiet. But the variety could be good.
I was given several important tasks while I was working here but the fate of the company was never on my shoulders (thank goodness!)
Working in a real production company and gaining skills and experience outside of university was so valuable and will definitely benefit me in my future career.
The Company
I was so lucky to be part of a really fun and exciting team. Everyone was lovely and it was genuinely fun being at work.
As I was the first intern my department had ever had my role was being developed as I started working. This was never a problem though.
Everyone was always very helpful and if I ever needed to know anything someone was always there to help me.

I would definitely look to be a permanent part of this amazing company, but it's really a case of right place, right time when it comes to getting a permanent role.
The Culture
Plenty of intern events were organized by the intern community here.
London is a very expensive city and the salary was more than adequate but still not the kind of money you can go out every night on. But then it is an internship so what do you expect?
Chiswick is a more pub and quiet bar area than it is a raving club scene.
Some events were set up by the other interns here and activities outside of work would occasionally be set up by the Enjoy Work team that tend to the business park here.
