The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my year with Aldi, they gave me a real insight into the company and how it runs.
Throughout my placement every single department took the time out of their own day to make me feel welcome.
From day one I was given a lot of responsibility, this is what I feel was the best aspect of the placement year. Not only was I given responsibility, I was never in the situation of having nothing to do.
The skills I developed from my year with Aldi will be with me for the rest of my life, they will help my to complete my final year at University and will assist me in future jobs.

Throughout my year with Aldi I was based in my home region, so the cost of living was no different to normal.
