The Role
Extremely interesting as well as challenging. Also had the ability to work on a variety of jobs throughout the placement.
Staff are extremely friendly and treat everyone equally.
If you get stuck or do not understand anything, someone will always be there to help.
The tasks are performed at your own pace and keep you busy throughout the day.
Stress analysis plays an important role and there are several opportunities to become familiar with different types of finite element software. This is extremely relevant to both the degree and the future as an engineer.
The Company
Friendly and very positive.
Well organised and given plenty of work to do.
Was given the opportunity to further develop what I had been taught in my degree.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Fingers crossed.
The Culture
Sports/Social club extremely good, nights out, sports events etc organised frequently. Great to get involved in.
Not particularly cheap but plenty of stuff going on.
Pretty good!
Plenty of sports and social activities to get involved in.
