The Role
Even though i am not interested in a carrer within the motor industry i did enjoy my placement and feel i got a lot from it.
The business development team allowed me to carry out tasks related to my interests of property, this was not my intial intended role but they more than accomondated my interests.
It would really depend on the stages of the different project. i never felt over worked.
i was really suprised with the amount of responsibility i was given, not what i expected from a graduate position!
The Company
it was an enjoyable office environment
the scheme in place is good but could improve by letting you rotate into different departments more often but given the timeframe is was ok.
Internal training was given but i was not offered any courses.
I think the grad scheme is really good but not for me, as i dont want a career within retailing
The Culture
it improved during the placement but graduates and undergraduates mixed all the time.
