The Role
It was fun, however the work was very boring.Lots of Excel spreadsheets etc, and data crunching.
I felt valued, as my work was important, i was a key member of the team.
Fantastic!! I had a task manager, and a PDM who looked after my development.
Some days I was rushed off my feet, others I didnt have nothing to do.
My role was restricted, i was often given tasks no one wanted to do.
Nothing much regarding my degree mattered. The most important thing was being advanced at Excel.
The Company
A lot of people worked from home, so often the office was empty.
It was very well thought out, and had structure.
I got to go to Portsmouth twice for days out.
Working from home
The Culture
There was 16 of us in, and we all went out together.
£350 rent a week, pp in a 2 bed flat.
There was 1 nightclub called Smack, it was boring after a couple of times.
Weekly football, and cricket. However it is whatever you make it.
