The Role
A really amazing placement that encompassed everything you'd want: responsibility, great people and most of all a fun job!
The team was a really close-knit family.
The appraisal system and general feedback and guidance from the managers was really well done and gave me a lot of confidence as the year progressed.
There was always something to be doing!
This placement wasn't anything like a work shadow scheme - it was a real job that meant the responsibility was huge from Day 1.
I really value my time at Warner Bros., and will take the skills and life lessons with me throughout my career.
The Company
There was a really good balance between work and play.
A really good year-long scheme that has been tried and tested every year.
There were special training courses plus additional ones that we could attend, and the appraisals also contributed to this,
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
This always depends on the circumstance at the time!
The Culture
There is a real social aspect to this placement.
London is quite expensive, although I lived at home!
Good bars and restaurants!
Lots of charity events etc.
