The Role
Working for a small company has given me the opportunity to make a difference in my department. Contribution is encouraged and ideas all welcome.
Working for ProspectSoft has been a great experience. I have received some fantastic training and been given the opportunity to learn from fellow colleagues. I have developed upon skills such as decision making, communication; verbally and written, team work, problem solving and gained a great insight into the industry. I have developed a number of skills in e-marketing and web design and feel far more prepared for completing my final year of university with a positive attitude.
The Company
Everyone is passionate and enthusiastic about their role. I have really enjoyed working with my fellow collegues.
As soon as i began my placement i was given sufficient training to carry out my role, making sure i felt comfortable i knew what was expected of me. I was intantly introduced to the office and made to feel welcome.
I have received training in marketing and sales, product consultancy, content management system (web design), and gained support and advice throughout my placement.
The Culture
The average age of the company is relatively young, making it easy to socialise. Everyone gets involved in nights out and social events.
I lived from home and commuted to work each day which was convenient for me. Leaving myself enough money to socialise.
Stoken church is surrounded by Oxford and High Wycombe which both hold great night life. It is also a short train journey into London!
