The Role
It has been a good year which has enabled me to learn a lot about working ofor an international company
all of my colleagues gave me real responsibility and valued my efforts
i had a very supportive manager who worked with me to get good opportunities for my development
workload varies. most of the time it is ok but sometimes very busy periods and occasionally quiet periods
as interns you are given a good amount of responsibility you are not just making tea!
placement can give you so many skills that you cannot get from uni eg time management, working with different cultures, written and oral communication
The Company
we have a laugh but people know we are here to work as well
well organised no faults that i can think of
there is lots of training on offer and opportunities to develop you just have to go after them
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
International Travel
Financial Bonus
Above 25 days holiday
Healthcare from home
they would be a great company to work for with good opportunities for graduates as you are doing a real job the same as everyone else
The Culture
yes lots of events from sports, to socialising, lots to get involved in
not too expensive, rent is relatively cheap
not amazing but still good fun with people you get along with
there is opportunities to do sports and volunteering but you have to get involved
