The Role
Enjoyable meeting like minded peers and learning about the business
Pretty much everyone was in the same boat and got along
Feedback was given after each task but on a group basis rather than individual
Always doing something
Not applicable, didn't really involve responsibility because it was more of an assessment centre
It was a good practice of employability skills and would be good to people who have not had the opportunity to attend skills workshops
The Company
The venue was more of a business conference centre but the atmosphere was relaxed at most times
apart from the travelling from the station to the venue at the start, everything was perfect .
PwC invest a lot of time and money into the academy as a early identification system for the internships and graduate programmes.
Subsidised Canteen
if you pass the assessments there's a good chance you'll obtain and internship
The Culture
there were drinks after the timetabled activities where you can have a chat and get know people
Free. There was an allowance on drinks.
not applicable
there were activities during the night which involved mainly networking and some other activities
