The Role
I have throughly enjoyed my placement. There have been challenges throughout the year but this has enabled me to become a better person.
They are one of the best groups of colleagues I have worked with so far.
There has not been a question unanswered.
Always got something to do.
I have been given many tasks to manage independently or witihin groups.
I feel I have become more confident in approaching people face to face or via telephones.
The Company
There is a relax atmosphere at work.
I was the first within my position and my department have adapted extremely well.
If I felt there was some training required in my job, I have been put on training courses.

Although I started late, I have formed good friendships and have had some fantastic nights.
