The Role
I thorougly enjoyed the year, I was given a lot of reponsibility and was able to get a broad knowledge of the HR department.
I don't think I could have asked for a better team. I was made to feel welcome from the very first day and I will be sorry to leave.
Very good manager and I will miss working for her.
I have gained experience in many areas of HR, due to the fact that I was constantly busy I learnt more and never got bored.
I was giver reponsibility in all aspects of my job. Mainly I had to recruit for 13 pl;acement positions and I had complete control of all decisions.
I hope to continue working 9-5 whilst at university as I have realised how productive you can be.
The Company
I really enjoyed woking with everyone in the office.
It has been running for around 20 years now so is a very sucessful scheme.
I had training in interview skills which will be useful for my future. Then any training I asked for I was able to attend a course on.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Healthcare from home
The HR team is quite small, so I could return as long as there was a position available.
The Culture
The company had 22 placement positions this year so the social scene was great.
Could have been better but not the companies fault. Cheaper than living in London though.
I travelled homw a lot but the time s I went out were good.
I didn't really want to get involved in much by the time I finished work I was too tired.
