The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement at SAP, I always felt supported and encouraged to get involved and take as much out of the year as I’ve put in.
I always felt valued by my colleagues, where my responsibilities grew as my experience progressed.
Having open communication between my supervisor and myself ensured that I was always supported. With regular catch up meetings, I was never afraid to speak up and ask for help or advice.
Depending on what month it was, there were times when I was very busy and times when work was quieter. However I never felt under stressfully pressured or bored, I was always supported during the busy times and encouraged to explore projects during the quieter times.
I was given plenty of responsibility throughout the year, but it was never more than I could handle or cope with.
Throughout my placement year I have attained countless skills which will undoubtly help me in the future, but more importantly, I have gained experiences which I wouldn't have been able to attain any other way.
The Company
There was always a positive working environment in the office.
The placement year was well organised, where responsibilities and job roles were defined from the beginning of the year.
There were always training sessions available for interns and employees to participate in.
Subsidised Canteen

Working from home
Healthcare from home
I would definitely consider returning to SAP if the opportunity arises.
The Culture
There were frequent social events organised by SAP and the intern community.
This depends on the location of the event. Events were often held in London, Windsor or nearby locations.
Feltham itself does not have a buzzing nightlife scene; therefore events were often held in locations within London or Windsor.
There were plenty of activities going on outside of work, such as a football and running club.
