  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I felt that I had a lot of interesting work to do right from the start. The team did their best to give me a feel for what a trainee is actually expected to do.

    • I felt that my colleagues took care of me while I was on the placement.

    • My trainee buddy was great and I felt very supported. My supervisor was very busy and did not have a lot of time to spend with me.

    • I had a lot to do every day but I felt alright about that as I wanted as much exposure to legal work as possible.

    • I felt I was given as much responsibility as possible.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • I think that the placement has given me a good sense of what I will do in a law firm as a trainee.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?

    • I think the firm has a really good atmosphere. People seem to enjoy their work.

    • There were a couple of hitches but on the whole the placement was well structured.

    • I felt the firm did everything it could for us within the time I was with them.

    • I got on well with everyone on the placement.

    • The city in which I did my placement is relatively cheap.

    • The city in which I did my placement has a good Nightlife.

    • We did some social events that were well planned and a lot of fun.
