The Role
All staff were brilliant - always willing to give advice even when busy with work.
Lots of guidance on the interviews and assessments or presentations but not always enough work to do.
Lots of presentations from different areas of the firm to keep the day interesting but often not enough work to do to keep you busy all day.
I was given tasks that the trainees would do - so lots of research notes, organising files and cross checking.
The Company
Busy because people work so hard, but always cheerful. Thursday night drinks trollies were great fun and a chance to speak to people in a more relaxed atmosphere.
Grad rec team were fantastic. Always well organised and lots of events. Group meal was too near the interviews however, but it was lovely to be invited out for a meal with the other Vacation Schemers, Grad Rec team, Trainees and even a Partner.

The Culture
People were brilliant! Lots of drinks events, never had a meal on my own - CMS really made an effort to get us to know one another. This made the group assessment on the last day much easier and more comfortable.
Great bars!
Bowling on the Friday!
