  • Very appealing, all members of staff seem very friendly and more than wiling to help you with whatever query you may have. There is a sense of drive, ambition and continued success about the office.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Stephenson Harwood arranged two social evenings for vac schemers and current trainees. Both nights were great successes and really helped everyone gel together.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Stephenson Harwood paid for both social events and pays it's vac schemers £260 per week. This seems very reasonable to me, as long as you are able to stay at a family member or friends house. Apart from accomodation and travel, there are no real expenses involved.

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • It is in Moorgate which is close to lots of pubs and restaraunts - it's all you need really.

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • As said before, two social events were organised by current trainees for the vac schemers. Vac Schemers were also invited to play in a cricket match against clients.
