The Role
Internship in UBS was great.
People see you as part of the team.
Besides my line manager and other people in my team, I also got support and guidance from a buddy in another team.
I was given a wide range of work.

Other than on-the-job training, we were trained in lectures/seminars given by professionals. We were also given opportunities to learn from leaders in the investment bank in talks.
The Company
Friendly and lively.
Sufficient support and guidance from recruitment team. Good training provided.
Formal training once a week plus talks given by execellent people were very helpful.
