The Role
Enjoyable, perhaps too short to really get a good insight
I felt I did useful work that did contribute to the team
Very nice staff who were always willing to help with queries
Always had something to do but never felt buried
Was given actual client work to do which was nice, but the specialised nature of the work obviously meant a limit to what could be done
I think the skills I have developed will be especially useful for the final year of my degree
The Company
Relaxed and not intimidating, but obviously there is work to be done.
Not the most organised, was given work on a sort of ad hoc basic but perhaps this represents real life more than a highly rigid structure
Perhaps more training would have been useful
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Fairly appealing
The Culture
Limited chance to meet other interns but friendly
Birmingham is quite cheap
Not amazing, lived in coventry and commuted
Yes, had a few fun days (a day off for sports for example)
