The Role
It was a great year, which gave me a lot of experience and helped to develop various transferable skills.
I was given a high level of responsibility after showing that I am a hard-worker. The people I worked with were absolutely incredible, helpful and supportive.
When I started, the previous intern taught me for a month on a daily basis. After that period, I had a manual, which I hardly needed after the training period. My team members showed a great level of support and patience every time I asked them to help or explain something when started a new task.
One of my job characteristics is that you can have very busy and very quite periods (month and quarter ends are normally the busiest periods). Nevertheless, I could always find a balance and spread the tasks accordingly.
I believe that the skills I developed are the key in the business world.
The Company
There was a balance between the work that had to be done, and the fun we had.
The program developed significantly during the last year, nothing to complain about.
I had a lot of opportunities to develop myself on my own, watching online training resources, as well as attending the training courses or shadowing my colleagues.

HR are currently working on developing new job opportunities for the graduates.
The Culture
The intern community was very close and friendly.
The area is much cheaper (in terms of accommodation) in comparison with central London.
As the office is not located in the central London, there is hardly any nightlife here. However, it is just 10-20 minutes away from Richmond and Windsor which have some great bars and restaurants!
Definitely! Various projects, charity work, company events.
