The Role
It has been pretty good and everyone is really nice and approachable
I feel like if I had the skills and knowledge they would be okay with assigning more jobs for me to do.
Everyone is really nice and asks me how I'm doing or if I feel comfortable. I feel very welcome and guided
I am busy enough that I have enough work to do to last me the day, if not I ask for some extra work
I am given pieces of work to do with some explanation and then sent on my way to complete00
It helped a bit in grasping the contents quicker but overall it was not as useful as I would have thought
The Company
There are quite serious moments of quiet while everyone is working but it is never too stifling or too boring
I had a schedule of what I was going to do every week set out and outlined so if I was ever unsure I just needed to ask my buddy or my mentor what I was going to do
I had a week of induction to introduce me to my department and gain a general idea of what it is that they carry out on a daily basis
Subsidised Canteen
Healthcare from home
Hopefully they were happy with the work I did and my attitude and they feel like I will be valuable to the firm in the future
The Culture
We all bonded pretty well and everyone was nice and anticipating the work so we all went out together and kept in touch via the internal messenger tool
Okay, not too cheap but not uber expensive. Just right
Not sure as I did not stay overnight but I'm sure it was pretty good
With the CSR campaign KPMG urged you to go beyond work and what was set out for you
