The Role
A great experience - would recommend it to anyone
Treated as one of PwC already, with much time and money invested in us
Great talk about soft skills. Some technical information, and more guidance about how to write 'written reports' and how to go about our presentation would have helped.
Very busy - no time to even use the facilities! However, we onkly 'worked' about 9-5, the rest was social dinners etc.
Not really applicable
Great emphasis on soft skills and what employers are looking for - should definitely be useful for future applications
The Company
Very lively and informal. Other course members were equally great to be with
Very well organised, packed a lot in!
A great amount of time was spent in personal development, something that is very attractive about the firm generally.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Very high. Successful applicants get offered an summer internship or a final interview for the more competitive service lines. Even if you fail the tests, you get the chance to re-take at an assessment centre!
The Culture
Great. Seemingly unlimited drinks vouchers!
They paid for all of their own events
The location of the Latimer Place meant there was no other option than to go to their events (and no time to do anyway!)
Yes, in the sense that there were formal dinners/drinks on both nights.
