The Role
Had an excellent time, kept incredibly busy, but learnt an awful lot!
Great friendships made.
Seamless programme of workshops, assignments, and down-time.
Very busy! But still had a good opportunity to let hair down, or go for an early-morning swim (courtesy of the great facilities).
There wasn't a great deal of responsibility to take on.
By far the most valuable element of the Academy.
The Company
Lots of bright, engaging people together in a room - exhilarating!
Seamless would be exactly the right word for the programme that was put on :-)
Felt very valued!

I learnt a lot. But I'm not convinced it's still quite right for me.
The Culture
Definitely - team-building was an important element of it, both inside and outside the class.
Free drinks vouchers provided by the company.
...We were in a country house venue in the middle of Bucks. We made our own fun.
See above.
