The Role
The staff were very inviting and friendly and would help you with any problem you had.
The training was extensive at the beginning of the placement with continous support from my manager.
My work load varied, sometimes I had too little work but most of the time I was kept busy.
I was a major part of several projects and helped to make them a success.
The skills I have learned in quality and manufacturing will help me become a better mechanical design engineer.
The Company
The office was always very busy and lively.
Since this was the first year CES had taken on placement students it was not as well organised as it could have been, but they have been much more organised for this years students.
I recieved alot of training and have had the opportunity to work in different derpartments to gain experience.

The Culture
Not much to do in Darlington but Durham and Newcastle are not too far away.
It is one of the objectives while at your placement.
