The Role
Most of the time I enjoyed the work I was doing.
I felt like a part of the team from day one
I always felt as if i could ask him questions and didn't feel silly for asking him to clarify things.
Different times of the month required different activities so sometimes I was more busier than others
I felt valued and knew that the work I was doing had importance to the company
I will go back with lots of knowledge to help with final year studies
The Company
A good balance between joking and having a laugh and getting on with the work
A great handover set me up for my year and i was constantly learning new things as the knowledge was built upon all the time
I was encouraged to go on training courses offered.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
I would very much like a job with them if one becomes available!
The Culture
Many of the students shared houses and had a good social life
Lived at home!
Reading is a good town to go to
Lots of gym classes and sports teams against local companies and other things
