The Role
I felt incorporated into the team straight away
With any task I was set everyone in my team was happy to help with any questions or problems I had
Some days I was extremely busy, but other days I didn't have very much to do at all
There were some aspects that I couldn't get too involved in as they were more technical, but overall I was given a lot of responsibility with the tasks I was set.
All of the skills and knowledge I have acquired will be very useful in the future to gain a career in the property industry.
The Company
A great atmosphere and everyone had a good balance and worked hard when it was needed
Very well organised with a helpful and fun introduction day.
Treated as part of the team and everyone was happy to answer any questions I had.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
The internship stands you in much better stead for gaining a career at C&W
The Culture
A great social scene with many opportunites to go for drinks after work with both the other interns and colleagues
Alright for London prices
Many bars and pubs to have drinks after work.
There were sports on offer, including interns v graduates softball
