The Role
I had a very difficult line manger who treated me like a PA
I got on well with my entire team and. Hilt a lot of personal relationships. The only problem was my direct line manager.
My line manager had a get on with it attitude.
I was often tasks with doing her expenses and booming meetings for her and done very little of the job I was hired to do. I was. Ores and overloaded.
I was given a lot of responsibility. One of the few good aspects of my placement.
I have gained good experience in how to deal with difficult management.
The Company
Disney is pretty laid back and generally you would have a good atmosphere.
Very disorganised gave myself a lot of my responsibilities.
They offer a lot of courses for you to develop your own skills.
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Healthcare/Dental
They promise you nothing but you can come back if your lucky. It is not easy however.
The Culture
Society failed to provide anything. You made your own fun.
Central London is expensive!
Mainly surrounded by pubs in hammersmith.
Vouleentering was all you. Luke do but you were not treated very well by your supervisors.
