The Role
I am enjoying working at Towers Watson and am always happy to come to work in the morning
Everyone in the office is really friendly and approachable. The nature of the people creates a good atmosphere in the office.
Line managers and buddies have been extremely helpful and welcoming.
In the absence of work, it has normally been possible to find things to work on when asking around.
The nature of the business and the expertise required slightly limits the amount of responsibilty available however there have been times when important contributions are possible which was good.
Project work is giving me more experience working in a team with a variety of people and I have the opportunity to develop presentation skills. I have also had the opportunity to visit clients and sit in meetings.
The Company
The people in the office were friendly and fun, creating a good atmosphere, where it was possible to occasionally have a bit of fun alongside the work!
Our schedule was clearly laid out from the first day and we were always kept informed.
I had the opportunity to learn about many different areas of the business.
Company Parties/Events
There is a high success rate from internship to job.
The Culture
Could have been a few more officially arranged events especially for the first few weeks, but luckily we also arranged things amongst ourselves.
Higher compared to Nottingham!
London- so whatever you wanted!
Not that I am aware of.
