The Role
The team is great, particularly in my office. We always had a lot of fun and all the consultants tried to get me really involved in everything they were doing.
Very. People always made an effort to thank me for the work I had done.
I had both a 'mentor' and a 'buddy' during my internship. I had regular meetings with both and they both regularly asked how I was getting on.
The right amount of work. I was involved in an interesting array of projects throughout my time here which kept me busy from 9 til 5. I had to stay later a few nights but never beyond half 6.
I was given quite a lot of responsibility when I was given the task of conducting the initial data analysis of one of the companies main surveys.
I have definitely learnt a huge amount both about the industry and the nature of consulting.
The Company
Everyone was very approachable and a lot of fun.
Well planned. The team had been thinking of interesting work to give me before I came.
Lots of meetings at the start so that I really got a good understanding of the company and the different functions that various areas of the business performed. I also had regular opportunities to meet with the senior managers.
