The Role
ERAC was a great place to work. Your people skills are constantly tested and improved and the opportunities to progress are there if you are willing to put the work in!
My branch had 3 staff so felt quite close, always helping each other out if needed and definitely valued each other
Support and guidance was always there should you have needed it. Higher management is also there to help so they don't feel 'unreachable'
Every day was different. there were days where we would have to work late because we just didnt have the cars available and then there were days where we would be fighting to wash cars because we were so quiet.
Again it is down to you. If you want to take on more responsibility then you can, if you feel confident enough and want to learn quickly then you can ask to run the office and gain first hand experience of an assistant managers position. you are also dealing face to face with accounts every day so you can go out and gain new business or try to keep exisiting accounts happy.
Time management and self discipline have improved tenfold. also people skills have improved so just generally interacting with people day-to-day will be so much easier
The Company
Again, it all depends on the day. If we are manic then it is hard to create an atmosphere because everyone is so busy. However there we always had a laugh in the office, usually involving the customers which only helps improves their overall experience.
Training is well organised. The graduate training scheme is well put together and easy to mark your progress. The professionalism of ERAC is easy to see.
Everyone is trained to a basic standard in head office when you start. How you progress after that is down to you. You can take on more responsibility straight away and learn things that way and on the job, or you can ask your managers and colleagues for help and learn that way.

The promotional opportunities at ERAC are fantastic, its down to you how quickly you are promoted and move up in the company.
The Culture
This year ERAC held an Intern Event in central London which was a great idea. It allowed ERAC to get some feedback from current interns and allow the new ones to ask questions to people that weren't trying to "sell" enterprise to them. They were able to get first hand knowledge from the people on the same wavelength as them.
The hours at times meant that activities outside of work were limited.
