The teams I was placed in were extremely friendly with people really going out of their way to be welcoming and getting you along to socials and events.

Although there were sometimes periods with very little work to do there this was only due to there not being things available, and there were always some more background reading to do.

While you get responsibility to do your own technical tasks and daily work, everything gets checked by a consultant.
