The Role
enjoyed the group project acroos different offices ( good way to meet other interns). Also like different variety of things to do day to day. e.g. rounders competition after work or charity day.
People at Epsom office are very nice and make you feel valued.
Sometimes mentors go on study days and it makes it hard especially if the project you are working on is relatively new in its field and requires a bit of guidance.
Never felt too overloaded with work but always had something to do.
Was given a lot of responsibility as they let me head up my project and be in charge of how I wanted to go about it.
Excel training was very helpful.
The Company
Nice open seating plan so was never dead silent which I enjoyed working in.
Very professional setup to the internship with many ongoing projects and good integration with other interns.
Anytime I needed help I could get some as there was always a willing person to help.
The Culture
Good Fridays out at the pub made it a good way to meet more people from the office and get to know them outside work.
Pretty much the same as London.
Nice pubs.
Very enthusiastic about getting interns invovled in activities outside work.
