The Role
Everyone from trainees to partners took time to explain what they were working on and answer questions about the firm.
My supervisors gave me lots of advice about the work I was doing, so I understood the context of each case.
I was given enough work to keep me busy all day but I never felt like I would struggle to finish everything in time.
I was given work that the trainees were also doing, which gave me a real feel of what it would be like to have a training contract there.
I have learnt valuable lessons during my time here which will be useful in my future career.
The Company
On Friday afternoons at 3pm there was an office-wide quiz which was fun and got everyone to have a break!
It was very well organised from start to finish.
We were given a very useful negotiations skills workshop.
Subsidised Canteen
International Travel
We were all interviewed at the end of the scheme for a job.
The Culture
As well as the social events organised by the scheme, we organised to have drinks after work several times.
I was lucky to be able to stay with a friend for free as others found the rent very expensive.
There are lots of bars just outside the office which are always busy after work.
We had several social events organised for us. A few of the boys got involved in sport.
