The Role
The office was full of interesting fun people with a perfect work/life balance
I felt very looked after and that I could ask any question that I liked, everyone I worked with taught me a huge amount
I was very busy almost everyday but I still managed to finish almost everyday at the time I was contracted to leave
I had a lot of responsibility for the work which i was doing, but that work was a very small part of the business, so I felt a little underused by the company
I learnt a lot of professional skills, and will feel so much more confident walking into a business environment in the future
The Company
The office was often quite quiet, even though the people were very interesing outside of the office. But there were lots of social events after work to get involved in,
There was not much top-down organisation, but my colleagues were very good at working alongside me in the office, helping with work and guiding me to where I should be in the company.
We were given lots of training sessions from both recent graduates and from higher ranking staff. We were also given some training on where we should continue with our careers in the future.

Company Parties/Events
I haven't been offered a job at the moment, but I feel that they would offer a job to any intern who impressed them, and even if no job materialised, the experience has helped me so much.
The Culture
Almost every night there are some colleagues heading to a pub or some sporting event. Also, there are plenty office-wide organised events, including inter-team sports matches, pub quizzes or just going for a friendly drink
It is an expensive area, but cheaper than London, and the company are very good at paying for events and drinks/food at events. Also, the company has a very generous pay/expences package.
The nightlife manily consisted of going for drinks around Reigate, but the people are very nice, and there is always the option of going out in London
As I've already said, there are many events organised by the company, or just through colleague, to get involved with
