The Role
I really enjoyed working at Towers Watson, all the people I worked with are lovely and inclusive of you. The work I did was real life work, not just making coffees or using excel constently.
I felt like a member of the team, and was able to say no to work when I had a lot on.
The higher up people in the office were very approachable.
Most days I had just the right amount of work, some days I had too little but this gave me the opportunity to ask for work.
I felt like I was given just the right amount of responsibility, they opperate a do, check, review system so you know if you have done something wrong, it will get picked up before it affects other things.
Every time I was given something new to do it was always explained really well, although I wish there would have been more training on how to do the more technical aspects of the role.
The Company
Was able to have a joke and chat with anyone in the office
Had a few issues with computers but other than that it was really good
You have quite a few training sessions on different things and can also read through previous files for development
National Travel
If I to be offered a job, I will take it!
The Culture
Yes! We all get on really well and most Fridays end up in the pub
Some of the bars are quite expensive
Great but a little pricey, but still great
Other than nights out I didn't really get involved in much else because I was only there for 6 weeks
