The Role
Everyone was very friendly and I found the work really interesting
They were really helpful when explaining things to me or correcting what I had done wrong
My manager gave me work when I didn't have much to do and gave really useful feedback half way through the placement
Some days were busier than others but overall it wasn't too varied
I was left to do client work on my own but it was always checked thoroughly before it was sent out
The skills I learnt will be really useful in the next year or two
The Company
It was a very laid back, non-stressful atmosphere with lots of social events going on
Lots of contact with managers and opportunities to do work with a lot of different people
You can tell that they spend a lot of money on the interns and everyone working here is willing to spend a lot of time explaining things to me which is really lovely. They make it really easy to ask questions.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
I feel like I did well overall on the placement but do not yet know if they will offer me a job or not
The Culture
There were lots of organised social events and all the recent graduates treated us like we were one of them. There has been a lot going on in a short time!
Well its central London so it'll always be expensive but its not too bad if you go to the right places.
Lots of options and different places to try
I have been invited to go watch the cricket, play on the netball team and go to see the Olympic Torch. And that is just this week!
