The Role
The people were very nice, but there was little structure to my internship
Good efforts made to include me throughout. Although higher levels of management were less friendly than lower levels.
Good support and guidance given, but little structure or work.
Very busy some days, some days with nothing to do at all
Very little
It is difficult to tell, but the greater experience of dealing with people will help
The Company
A good office to work in I imagine. Friendly.
Little structured work was given to me, despite asking, and one person managing me wasn't told I was coming till the day before.
I got the sense that if there was something I asked the company would oblige.
National Travel
Not encouraged following my internship
The Culture
No other fellow interns
Lived at home during it, travelled in cheaply by train everyday.
Don't care, I am not a big clubber, although Manchester is well known for a good nightlife
Not huge, although wasn't keen on taking part in them anyway if there had been any
