The Role
I have been given a brilliant opportunity in a global organisation, and have been treated as a graduate for the year, but it is incredibly difficult.
Staff in Aberdeen office are caring and interested in you as a person on the whole.
Support is dependent on the staff you work with, some are great and some aren't. Even then, help can generally be found in the wider office.
Feast or famine for quite a lot of my year.
I was treated as a full first year graduate throughout my year.
Skills I have learnt are increadible, being thrown in at the deep end has really given me a huge leap forward in experiences.
The Company
The office in general is a friendly happy office.
Initially very badly with placement students having nothing at all to do for several weeks, but after this it has been very good.
I really feel I was invested in as a person, and given every opportunity for development.
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Healthcare from home
Brilliant!
The Culture
there is a focus on work hard play hard, so there are many social events organised to help with this :)
Aberdeen is an expensive area to live in.
Decent
There are football and social committies to get involved with
